Country stats

Here is an update of the key country stats. The data compared is the data of 18 March and the data of today, 19 July. We could update this more frequently, but if you update it in a short period of time then the ranks of the countries are really just the same. By the way, in case you're wondering why so many countries are up one rank, it's because Unknown has been deleted! :D
